2008 BGT GT4 Champions!!!
After a long, hard season the IMS Motorsport team picked up the 2008 Avon Tyres British GT, GT4 Drivers Championship. In their first year of racing the team have picked up one of the highest prizes in British Motorsport, with the inaugural GT4 Championship. Of course there is still the small matter of the Team Championship, which the team still lead. The team has won fifty percent of the races it has competed in and been on the podium in all of the other races. It has an unparalleled win ratio and is still hungry for more!
There are still the two, two hour rounds left to race, which of course involve refuelling and will put the teams involved through even greater stresses and strains as they attempt to keep on top of the changing situations and events as they happen on-track. The first two hour race is at Silverstone, in August and the second two hour race is at Donington Park.
The team are keen to do well at those two rounds and test their mettle in the longer races.
